On one side, this pivotal role covers IT and cybersecurity responsibilities such as creating the security roadmap and overseeing desktop support, IT, and network infrastructure. On the other side, this role oversees business systems (e.g. ERP) to ensure smooth business operations and continuously improves productivity through technology.
