【The Role】
• A member of the KSP Factory Automation team and be responsible for 1). IOT technology selection, design, and implementation, 2). IOT system management and maintenance, and 3). Integration of process equipment, manufacturing applications, and control system of Entegris KSP manufacturing plants and processes.
【In this role you will】
• Factory automation team member is responsible for delivering robust, cost-effective automation and process control systems to Entegris manufacturing plants and processes.
• Interface with external system integrators and machine builders to successfully deliver fully integrated process equipment systems to Entegris KSP on-time, on-budget, and that satisfy performance measures.
• Internal subject matter expert in SCADA systems, manufacturing system integration, sensors, electro-mechanical devices, and robotics technologies.
• Work with the cross-functional team to solve IOT problems, resolve project-related issues, and develop a fundamental understanding of technical / process requirements critical to system success.
• Develop IOT architectures, functional specifications, and system integration requirements to satisfy process and manufacturing requirements.
• Individuals must be capable of executing project assignments, in a team-based environment, with minimal supervision.
• Provide control systems training to other Entegris engineers and technicians
【Traits we believe make a strong candidate】
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering or other closely related areas of study
• At least 5 years of relative professional experience with demonstrated success designing, developing, and implementing, robust state of the art control solutions using machine/motion control systems, robotics systems, and electro-mechanical systems into manufacturing.
• Practical knowledge of SCADA system (Ignition), programing in Python, JAVA or other high-level languages, MS SQL Database, PLC (Allen-Bradley, Keyence).
• Experience using one or more Industrial Control Programming and Development Environments (Studio 5000, Ignition)
• Prior experience moving a new product or process from development into manufacturing.
• Manufacturing plant experience
