EE background in the above domain is preferred. · Engineering knowledge of USB-C/DP/HDMI/Lan protocol is a must. · 8 years’ work experience as an EE engineer, PM or similar role in peripheral products related field · Capability to create the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary reports that will be presented to the organization’s management team. · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Chinese. · Excellent project management and organizational skills. · Ability to manage multiple active projects in parallel and ability to keep them moving forward. · High levels of independent supervision and ability to determine priorities and juggle multiple responsibilities in parallel. · An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans · Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team · Strong client-facing and teamwork skills · PMP certification is a plus
