Lead internal teams, the 3rd party laboratories, and vendors and develop product testing and inspection protocols. 6. Create and approve testing and inspection protocols for aftermarket parts and accessories. 4. Ability to collaborate and work with team members on project-based activities (time and cost constraints). 5. Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshoot relevant project matters and quality issues. 6. Capable of communicating and collaborating in an English cultural environment. 7. Ability to build in-depth technical knowledge for the product category assigned. 8. Read and write fluency in Mandarin Chinese. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 1. Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or relevant engineering degree. 2.
