【Objectives :】
European Portwell BV, member of Posiflex Group is looking for a FAE- Technical support engineer to own PC science, industrial PC and networking appliance technology, management our product portfolio, project consulting for industrial applications.
In this role you will work with engineers team, sales team, PMs and customer in headquarters and partners, commercialization and the executive team to provide technical support for industrial applications and solution. You will also work with strategic partners and high-value customers to ensure proper ecosystem integration and support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready with PC science background of IPC products.

The FAE-Technical engineer function is a critical role in our EUCO (European Corporate Office) environment. We are combining 3 brands in our company conglomerate. You will take an active role in supporting the EUCO organization to profitability and growth. You are supporting the Customer and Sales team to solve products compatibility, functions and bugs to create a valuable working solution for opportunity and existing project.
【In this role you will:】
■ Communicate internal teams and external customers/vendors for technical support.
■ Collaborate with Design from framing / visioning through final execution of the product.
■ Work with Engineering to ensure hardware capabilities support features that align with industry experience needs.
■ Identify target verticals and customers and act as the Entrepreneur for the product line.
■ Ensure partner and customer integration needs are met through a strong eco-system orchestration.
