Technical Support to Operation team : - Serves as a subject matter expert and resource on the technical capability and capacity of product line and process. - Understands the chemistry and operation of the plant, process safety and HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) requirements, and customer specifications and expectations for the products. - Establish Operating procedures, provides and ensure knowledge transfer to the operators. - Coaches plant personnel to effectively change behaviors when performance is not meeting expectations. Others : - Drive the culture of “Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time" on daily basis. - Create, update and maintain the required documentation and systems. Notice : This position is expected to be : 1. on call in the night and weekend. 2. Work extended hours based on the business needs.
