Job Purpose: -------------- * Providing technical support with specific focus in elastomers system technologies. * Providing technical service before and after sales and keeping close connection with customers. * Complete the assigned works timely. Principal Accountabilities: ---------------------------- • Fully complies with Huntsman policy and Local EHS regulation. • Provide competent technical service to existing and potential customer. Ensuring customer use Huntsman products smoothly, safety and effectively o Technical/product introduction and training. To carry out the regular product introduction and related training to customer as required. o Provide prompt response related to quality, technical applications, inquiries, and other related issues, conduct customers’ assessments and analysis. o Coordinate with production team and QC team to keep FW/TPU product quality stability, Coordinate and work with other T&I team members and support the customer trial. o Conduct field visits, seminars, presentation and attend to customers’ inquiries.
