About the job : This job vacancy is to be acting as contact Window between APAC Regional Sales and Global Logistics and Planning Dept. (GLP). Through this work, you could understand the product sales status of each region in APAC and also learn about the operation process of supply chain. There will be development opportunity for you to within sales department or GLP department in the future. Responsibilities: - Organize demand forecast and open order status from APAC 5 regions and submit to GLP for following production plan, monitor the progress and get the on-time notice while it’s abnormal and feedback to sales. - Work closely with GLP and related departments, communicate and collaborate with each party to get assistance to fulfill sales requirements when the demand is change. - Monitor the stock of APAC hub, submit the replenishment request to GLP in order to keep the stock level. Always stand in neutral position to allocate the material/ semi-finish/ finish goods to sales. - Have logic and informatic concept, and be able to submit accurate requirements to IT department and establish demand & supply related reports for work improvement. - Good numerical concepts, familiar with Excel function is must, having experience about Excel VBA or Power BI will be a plus. 工作簡介: 為亞太區業務與工廠生管部門之間溝通的橋樑。經由此工作可了解亞太五區的各產品銷售狀況及生管運作方式,之後有在業務部門或生管部門其它職位發展的機會。 工作職責: - 依據亞太各區業務訂單及預估之需求,整合後提交兩廠生管單位做生產排程,並督視其生產進度及取得即時異常的通知並回饋給業務 - 與兩廠生管及相關單位密切合作,在需求變更及調整時,溝通協調取得其支援與協助,滿足並符合實際業務出貨需求 - 掌握亞太倉各產品庫存,依據庫存上限計算需求量,適時提交生產單位排產以補足庫存水位,且調整合理庫存分配。在中立立場下對各區業務出貨需求做物料/半成品/成品的出貨分配 - 具資訊化邏輯概念,能精確提交需求予IT單位,建立demand & supply相關報表供工作- - 需有良好數字觀念,熟稔EXCEL函數運用,具EXCEL VBA或POWER BI實務運用經驗者佳
