* English resume or autobiography is required. 【The Role】 1.Support of implementation of new technology in STC •Early engagement in the Manufacturing Capability Readiness (MCR) process to gather the technical and operational knowledge to transfer to support manufacturing and operational teams. •Lead the Facility Acceptance Testing (FAT) of new equipment at vendor sites, supported by other core functions. Where gaps are identified, you will be accountable for driving the gap closure plan. •Liasie with contractors to install new equipment, including any site modifications required. •Communication with project leader and innovation, engineering, and operations teams to ensure all stakeholders understand the technical and operational requirements to support the technology validation and handover phases. •Participation in qualification trials to assess technology compliance with handover criteria. •Support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) ensuring the correct manufacturing and operational requirements have been delivered. Where there are gaps, a gap closure plan is to be agreed. •Creation of supporting documents such as maintenance schedules, spare parts list etc. •Support of handover from technology team to operations & engineering teams, including ensuring all training requirements are fulfilled and the process is being used as designed, e,g, TPM checks, serivce checks, etc. •Participation in ongoing operations support, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities, provide link between local operations team and internal or external experts 2.Support execution of portfolio of technology continuous improvement projects (CIP), consisting of: a.projects proactively generated by engineering team through application of their knowledge and expertise and application of tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Time studies b.Inputs gathered from local teams (operations, safety, quality) and global teams (NPI, lean, technology, and cost reduction teams.) 3.Contribute to regular priority alignment and performance reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure regular, structured alignment of CIP program. 4.Fulfil engineering scope of Vacuum Technique Production System (VTPS) e.g. attend site operations meetings, conduct site walkthroughs, support problem solving activities. 5.Prepare Kaizen, Service Permit, and Engineering Change applications for submission to internal change control council to ensure improvements are correctly controlled and fed back into relevant stakeholders to incorporate into future projects. 6.Manage own continuous development through application of structured planning & review process and identification/attendance of appropriate training programs. 【Skills/Knowledge】 1.Experience of solving technical problems using PDCA / DMAIC methodology. 2.Experience of working through a gated development process. 3.Knowledge of high-accuracy mechanical system design and manufacturing preferred. 4.Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality tools (e.g. Kaizen, Time-Study, VSM, PFMEA, Problem Solving Tools). 5.Knowledge of safety management tools (risk assessment, permit to work). 6.Proficient in use of engineering and productivity tools e.g. AutoCAD, MS Project, O365.
