1. Technical Writing (English)
(1) Create clear and concise documentation, including but not limited to user guides, manuals, and software text strings.
(2) Collaborate with PM, ID, and RD teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.
(3) Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and document new features and functionalities.
(4) Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect changes in product features, functionality, and processes.
(5) Review, edit, and proofread documentation for grammar, clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
(6) Multi-language documentation management.
2. SEO and Copywriting (English)
(1) Develop and create interesting and engaging marketing content including but not limited to blog posts, EDM/e-Newsletter, campaign landing pages, case studies, and successful stories.
(2) Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
(3) Establish and develop content style and SEO content guidelines, aligned with brand tone and manner and SEO marketing principles.
(4) Optimize content, especially webpage copy for on-page SEO.
(5) Review, edit, and proofread English content such as NPI materials, press releases, and website content.
(6) Multi-language content management.
(7) Receptive to feedback and adjust writing style according to the needs of the company.
