Tzu Chi Foundation will be establishing a new Languages and Cultures Team under the Department of Literature and History. The role of this team is to provide support to non-Chinese speakers within and outside of the organization. This includes producing content for organization’s official English website and social media platforms, as well as the translation of content for exhibitions, annual reports, and various publications. As the English translator, editor and content writer, your role involves writing, translating, and localizing content to suit the needs of our target audiences. As a Taiwan-based organization, most of the original materials will be in Chinese. Hence, apart from possessing native-level English capabilities, a good grasp of Mandarin is also necessary. 1. Translate and localize content from Chinese to English, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and alignment with the organization’s missions. 2. Collaborate with various departments to provide support where needed. 3. Work with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing and culturally appropriate materials. 4. Edit translated content such as articles for the English website, as well as materials for exhibitions, annual reports, various publications, books, and more. 5. Support events and activities where English is required; includes but not limited to translating and editing proceedings for symposiums and writing content for promotional materials. 6. Take part in a new project to set up a wiki page for the organization, providing standadized translation of terms and concepts.

The Purpose of Your Role : The Branded Content Writer will be expected to ideate, write and polish up to perfection the branded article content for our client projects. This role will focus on servicing client delivery projects in your local market and where needed for regional projects in case possible/applicable. You act as role models for and as the guardian of high quality content in all article formats we deliver. The Branded Content Writer will be tasked with the execution of on- and off-platform content campaigns with a focus on advertorials & SEO content that meets the objectives of Hello Health’s clients. The role will liaise closely with our branded editorial team for the planning, execution and quality control for content for our client campaigns Your Key Responsibilities : 1)Branded Content Delivery. (Text - Branded, Advertorial and SEO) 2)You write content on a variety of topics for our clients campaign with a variety of article formats and client objectives, like website/SEO articles, advertorials, native articles, short and long form and others where needed and ensure a clean, concise, well-polished content is delivered within the deadline. 3)You work together with Content/Marketing/Commercial teams to adhere to our Hello Health content quality standards and (SEO) guidelines to deliver outstanding results to our clients. 4)You support the editorial/marketing/commercial team in brainstorming sessions with regards to content innovation, ideation, planning and strategy. 5)You do keyword research and master tools that support the creation of more data driven SEO content like Ahref, MOZ, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and others in order to create the best possible contents. 6)You support the improvement of internal processes and documentation in order to increase the quality of our content delivery, i.e. briefing documents, templates etc. 7)You work with the editorial team to make sure our client projects get delivered within the agreed timelines. Your KPIs include : -Quality of content (Editorially, SEO, Medical) -Content production efficiency (Quantity of content) -Client Satisfaction with content quality (as per client feedback) -Campaign Delivery within agreed timeline Your Challenges : 1) Develop and contribute new article ideas and content formats. 2) Source relevant and necessary reliable information from Hello Health approved sources. 3) Create and curate content(in Chinese) referring to English sources which assigned by the Editor in Chief. 4) Ensure the content adheres to Hello Health content guidelines for our platform and Social Media channels. 5) Write in an engaging and Search Engine Optimized way and other assigned works. Work with the development teams to design, create, and revise various types of technical, assembly, and service documents of e-bike products (manuals, bulletins, instructions). 【Essential Duties and Responsibilities】 - Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product documentation requirements. - Design, develop, and publish content that is easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to follow. Content includes, but is not limited to: illustration drawings, product images, and technical graphics to be used in technical documentation. - Write, revise, and create product User Manuals, Quick Guides, Training Guides, Service Hand Books, and other product-related documents as assigned, maintain documentation detailing the revision history of each manual and user guide. - Work with the marketing team on streamlining catalogs, websites, product descriptions, and other copywriting. - Proofreading and customer support on documentation. - Submitting weekly status reports for review. - Work closely with the R&D team, Product Planning Team, and User Experience Designers.
