MISSSION: • Responsible for excellency of veterinary services and supports to provide solutions and inputs to internal team and producers on animal health and husbandry related affairs, including monitoring and interpretation of trials and technical data • Implement product life cycle management, veterinary services and marketing activities that bring value and solution to customers and uplift image and reputation of Ceva to gain market share and sustainable growth of business in Taiwan • Work networking with key opinion leaders, universities, laboratories and authorities in relation to technical affairs CHARACTERISTIC - DIMENSIONS OF THE JOB: • No direct subordinate. • Internal- Taiwan team: coordinate and work in parallel with the management team • Internal- Asia and Global teams: coordinate with Zone Veterinary Services and Franchise teams (poultry/ swine) whenever needed. • External: manage indirectly dealers’ team and work parallel with the dedicated technical personnel of Key Accounts MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB: 1. Veterinary Services and Support - Provide internal team, dealers and customers with up to date veterinary diseases, health management updates and products’ feedbacks in the field - Provide professional technical services and training as part of product support to customers and dealer’s team - Provide Global Protection Services (GPS) to selected Key Accounts and involve in Key Account’s Data Management Project as well as Pulse Meeting - Field visits to understand customers’ needs and provide relevant trouble shootings and solution (i.e. necropsy, laboratory services, results interpretation, flock health consultation and etc.) whenever necessary - Train and coach internal and external (dealers) teams on product information and complaints handling in the field - Assist to organize in-house seminar or farmers’ meeting as part of education programs of Ceva - Assist to coordinate with the Taiwan team to support global projects 2. Product Management - Responsible for all technical issues and marketing material related to product, i.e. brochures, manuals, advertisement, publications of trials and related technical articles and so on - Assist to manage product life cycle with defined product positioning (i.e. price, promotion, place, peoples & etc) and strategies that are in line with regional and global corporate strategies - Gather market information and benchmark data on competitors’ products and identify opportunities and threats based on market evolution and evaluation - Prepare product trial protocols, conduct and monitor commercial and regulatory linked trials with data compilation. Involve in scientific and technical papers or articles write up of Ceva’ｓ products and trials 3. Marketing Action Plan - Provide constantly market updates, customers’ dynamism and competitors’ activities as part of market watch - Conduct market survey, analysis and competitors’ bench-marking to propose differentiated marketing strategies for better market penetration and growth - Implement technical and marketing action plans which is in line with country, region and global objectives and business plan - Follow up sales of Strategic Products and supervise their positioning in the field - Responsible for technical bulletin, website information and inputs for Ceva Taiwan with local team - Work closely with BU Manager and management team on launching plan of flagship products 4. Support Product Registration, Complaints and Compliance Issue - Support Regulatory Affairs (RA) team on local product technical issues and RA trials - Responsible for pharmacovigilance affairs of Ceva Taiwan and equipped with proper annual renewal of veterinarian practicing certification with authority - Work closely with Customer Service team in collecting inputs to submit product related complaints
