■In charge of timely payment of monthly salary, allowance, OT, Incentive, etc.
■Work with Finance team to complete annual tax declaration in January
- In charge of National Health Insurance, Labour Insurance, Pension, Group insurance
- Employee on board/resignation process
- Attendance and Leave Management
- Annual income tax declaration
- Sales incentive Program
- Budgeted and projected personnel expense
- P-file maintenance
- Support Taiwan HR Business Partner to deliver HR projects
【Requirements】
.Minimum of 2 years of experience in C&B-related roles.
.Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
.Possess a startup mindset and be open to rapid and flexible changes.
.Efficient in task management, skilled in multitasking, able to allocate time and set .self-expectations.
.Enjoy engaging with people, discovering various interesting things related to human interactions, and being enthusiastic about sharing them.
