- Regularly prepare sales performance reports, including sales report, KPI
performance, competitor performance and clienteling performance
- Provide ad-hoc reports by requested.
- Play a pivotal role in organizing and proactively executing strategies by solve
programs with retail device to enhance digital tools usage and foster clienteling
performance.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance retail performance and drive sales.
- In charge of the Sales incentive calculation and BC productivity programs.
- Plan and execute retail events, BC workshops, annual dinner and ad-hoc events as
requested to fulfill the needs of the retail team.
- Assist in organizing promotion manpower arrangement and executing counter
events including client events and promotional activities.
- Support sales team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
