● Financials
Manage and raise purchase orders for brand & marketing activities.
Raise Payment Requests for all Marketing related invoices, matching to related PO.
Support MM where necessary, and follow up of approval process.
Support MM with any reporting requirements for the brand.
●Advertising/Media
Initiate partial campaigns by HQ’s request of advertising planning.
Co-work with MM to manage creative schedule.
Coordinate the production of all artwork including print, TV, online and outdoor.
●PR & Media
Coordinate product shooting requests and complete internal paperwork for products to be sent out.
Consistently connecting with media to build good relationship for making max. PR exposure.
Co-work with MM on PR press releases.
Co-work with MM on KOL shooting project.
●Events
Plan and execute brand events, including support product launches, sponsorships and independently rollout Boutique VIP events.
Manage event budgets, making sure any excess costs and regularly report to Marketing Manager.
Coordinate the production and mail out of invitations to all events.
Support all event set ups including the smooth running of the events.
●Retail Marketing
Communicate to the Retail team all marketing and PR related information, including the send out of all Media plan’s and PR clippings to Boutiques.
Keep close communication with Department Store marketing teams, making sure any promotions and event opportunities have aligned internally.
Support the Boutique by coordinating with HQ the ordering of POS material, such as GWP from Switzerland
● CRM Marketing
Assist with the creation of Direct Mail and SMS for seasonal greeting.
Plan E-newsletter theme checking with HQ on quarterly basis.
Develop ideas for CRM programs in Taiwan and implementation of the programs.
●VM
In charge of overall visual merchandising of the retailer’s shops as well as boutiques island-wide and ensure the outcomes to be in line with brand guidelines and image
Display materials management, stock control with physical count monthly and responsible for the management.
Work together with Sales team to plan and conduct promotional events including exhibition, co-op advertising promotion with both retail, department store, and domestic wholesale retailers.
To develop all necessary material for Trade promotion in accordance with guideline from HQ
To plan and conduct merchandising training for Sales team and the POS.
Assistance of boutique and wholesale SIS renovation, maintenance and new boutique building on constructions, display as well as visual merchandising
