Responsibilities:
- Initiate and work out training & development plan to support business strategy, customer and legal requirements
- Manage and implement global and local development programs/trainings (Leadership program, compliance training, English communication skills, Quality training,…)
- Partnership with business and Universities on technical development programs/trainings
- Design, plan and implement onboarding program
- Tracking and monitor training effectiveness and make improvement plan
- Total Quality culture promotion & enablement
- NXP Way QCC/Employee development
- Local training system maintenance
- DRI for GMA audit, ISO audits, internal and external audits on training
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, IE or business administration preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in learning & development
- Excellent project management and problem -solving skills
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices
- Comfortable working on global projects and in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Experience in MNC companies is preferred
