1.Initiate, develop, and optimize annual O+O strategy with brand purpose and customer-first culture. Breaking down to monthly basis including main campaign, promotion integration, store exposure and O+O communication, digital engagement, and media awareness building. Strategize company's marketing plan in line with the given sales targets as well as sustain market competition.
➀Content creation: Responsible for developing campaign content that speaks to targeted audience, considering with brand image, company focus, market competition and shopper insight.
➁Digital Engagement: Responsible for digital marketing strategy to connect Watsons web & app with customer across funnels, including display advertising, SEO, paid search, supplier digital cooperation, etc.
➂Targeting approach: Design differentiated customer communication with data scientific mechanism for precise strategies to drive growth.
2.Lead and coordinate all online/offline discussion across internal functions/external creative and media agencies to ensure communication messages are strong, clear and consistent to customers.
3.Play a role as pioneer to explore cross-over/resource exchange opportunities with different industries and WIN partners to expand Watsons’s presence in booming shopping Eco-system.
