1.Monitor the status of shipments in transit, proactively coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve any delivery issues promptly
2. Implement packaging improvement and weight reduction projects, aiming for future packaging automation
3. Liaise with the finance department and 3PL vendors to handle billings
4.Collaborate on quotation operations, provide logistics cost-related estimates, ensure cost reasonableness
5.Maintain and update logistics contracts with 3PL vendors, negotiate contract terms and conditions
6.Implement company logistics strategy/guideline into local operations, develop SOP and set up KPls to deliver cost effectiveness, operation efficiency, and packing efficiency
7.Identify and escalate logistics issues and ensure improvement actions are sustained
8.Design and implement strategies to efficiently manage logistics based on the company’s future needs
9.Manage cross-functional ad-hoc projects (if any) with comprehensive communication to drive changes
