About the Job:
To create relevant, functional, aesthetic and commercial home furnishing solutions based on customer needs to keep IKEA being in a position to lead home furnishing market in Taiwan. Actively contribute to build their dream home for household customers with high quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost-consciousness complete service and explore potential customers to increase conversion rate and encourage repeat purchase.
About the assignment:
1. Approach customers, identify sales opportunities and close the deal in an effective and efficient way through customer-oriented selling skills.
2. Listen and understand customer needs to proactively offer home furnishing solutions based on the strong knowledge about IKEA range, local relevance and commercial priorities.
3. Actively sell home furnishing solutions with IKEA furniture and accessories together with home decorating suggestions to stimulate sales.
4. Take site measurements precisely and sketch a floor plan to support furniture layout plan.
5. Provide furniture layout plan and sales quotation for customers based on their needs; inspire them with thoughtful interior design and creative ideas to exceed customer expectation; add value on complete offer to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
6. Work with store HFB team and coordinate other functions to optimize the buying process and after-sales service for HFS customers to create better shopping experience.
7. Manage customer database for tracking the status of each HFS case, collecting PMA data, analyzing sales performance and taking proactive action to find opportunities for keeping the long-term profitability.
8. Create an interior design portfolio for different style, living situation, and long-term priority to keep standing as a leader in home furnishing market.
