--Works closely and functional support to the Taiwan Clarins finance on daily accounting and reporting
process in a timely manner
--Handles Intercompany transactions.
--Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements and audits, both
statutory and internal the Regional Finance Manager in all corporate tax matters, VAT/T and Transfer Pricing
--Support monthly accruals posting for the organization and prepayment amortization.
--Ensure that lease contracts are well maintained in Viareport and postings into GL are in accordance with IFRS16.
--Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local
tax and government authorities where required.
--Support the spectrum of AP: Ensuring timely and accurate recording of supplier invoices; attending to all supplier/payment
related queries; performing supplier SOA reconciliation; Travel & Expense; Fixed Assets Management; Vendor Masterdata
Management.
• Validate vendor invoices according to the completeness, accuracy with appropriately coded to the correct cost centre,
GL line and tax code.
• Payment processing - payment proposal and payment run.
• Posting of bank transactions for manual payments
• Travel & Expense Claim validation and reimbursement
• Maintaining fixed assets register and schedules, including tracking and booking in disposals of fixed assets.
• Meeting monthly closing timeline and preparing balance sheet schedule ie. Petty Cash, Prepayments
• Vendor Masterdata Management – to provide quality of control over the elements of the data base
and provide guidance to the requestor and counterparty of the master data throughout.
--Support the spectrum of AR: including the end-to-end Order-to-Cash accounting and reporting, billing, collections,
reporting and month-end closing.
• Ensure prompt follow up on Collection of Outstanding invoices from Customers and Intercompany
• Ensure timely deposit and recording of payment collections.
• Support credit limit review, analysis, and compliance to minimize credit risks.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation schedules, Letter-of-Credits (LC) and Documents against payment (DP)
--Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
--Support Audit in a timely manner, including statutory audit, and HQ initiated internal audits
