Job Purpose:
Support Alcon in managing tender activities including compiling, vetting, and submitting tender documents according to tender requirements, Consolidate tender items on file for overall management application.
Major Responsibility:
• Search the bidding information on the website of the Government e-Procurement System.
• Engage in the pre and post contracts administrative matters.
• Prepare the bidding document for tender submission.
• Develop, review, and manage compliance & specifications of tender and the associated contracts.
• Tender upload and management for internal management.
• Any other assigned duties.
PS. This is a fixed-term position, with employment period from the start working date until December 31, 2024.
