We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information. Also, you will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
Responsibilities
1. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
2. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
3. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
4. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
5. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
6. Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
7. Order confirmation and shipping arrangement .
8. Document expenses and hand in reports.
Qualifications
1. Proven work experience as a office manager.
2. Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
3. High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
4. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills .
5. Integrity and professionalism.
6. Proficiency in MS Office.
