Job Summary
Support MEs to develop their organizations to reach net PC goal by business development strategy and action plans. Helping business builders to reach their goals via coaching, motivation, and recognition.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Mentor/coach Leader or potential advance leaders by phone or in-person interview based on organization KPI and reports to reach new advancement goal.
• Ability to conduct related sales activities which is Power Hour, monthly kickoff meeting, overview, etc., via online or in person.
• Build up teamwork and collaboration to increase reach PC goal.
• Develop and execute regional business strategy based on Melaleuca policy statement to enhance regional leadership pipeline.
• Maintain good relationships with MEs and Leaders, and motivate them to enhance their Melaleuca business

1.輔導/教練領導人以及有潛力進階的領導人,根據組織的KPI及報表,透過電話或面對面會談的模式進行,以協助其達成晉升的目標。
2.有執行各項業務活動的能力,活動包括線上或實體的共振會,每月啟動會議,Overview等等。
3.建立團隊及協作的共識,來提升達成PC人數目標績效。
4.依照公司政策規劃並執行區域內的業務發展策略,來強化區域內的組織。
5.與領導人及事業代表維持良好關係,同時激勵他們積極經營美樂家事業。
