[Job Summary]
As a Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and administering all aspects of compensation and benefits programs within the Human Resources (HR) department. You will ensure that our organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent by designing and implementing effective compensation structures and benefits packages.
[Responsibilities]
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Management:
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to determine competitive compensation levels.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compensation policies and structures, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives.
- Collaborate with senior management to review and adjust compensation strategies as necessary to align with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and hiring managers on compensation matters, including salary negotiations and job offer proposals.
2. Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Evaluate existing benefits offerings and make recommendations for enhancements or changes to improve competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate open enrollment periods and communicate benefit options to employees.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issue resolution.
3. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Stay abreast of legislative changes and industry trends affecting compensation and benefits practices and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
4. Data Analysis and Insights:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to compensation and benefits to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights to HR leadership and management for decision-making purposes.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to develop recommendations for optimizing compensation and benefits programs.
[Minimum Qualifications]
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
