1. Collaborate closely with the HR head to oversee and coordinate strategic human capital initiatives across international subsidiaries or global units.
2. Enhance and maintain HR systems and processes to exemplify global best practices.
3. Lead the staffing process, encompassing recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
4. Develop and implement a global compensation and benefits (C&B) strategy, including the review of incentive bonuses and annual reward projects based on market research and pay surveys; ensure the strategy remains current.
5. Support the optimization of the expatriates program, ensuring a seamless assignment process and addressing related operational matters.
6. Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
7. Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.
