We are now looking for a Purchasing Specialist who is detail oriented, able to multitask and has strong organizational skills. In this role, you will be overseeing global shipments and supporting the purchasing process to ensure orders receive immediate attention and care. A comprehensive understanding of transportation service operations is beneficial. You will be a great team player and able to work with different teams across the company to make sure orders and shipments are managed as expected.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Handle communication with vendors regarding shipments arrangement, shipping schedule, and addressing cargo receiving shortages.
Manage shipping documents from vendors and make sure they are accurate.
Execute the processing of purchase orders and shipments within the ERP system (Experience with SAP is a plus) in compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
Maintain transaction accuracy to ensure the dependability of financial reports.
Continuously update and manage the status of open orders.

HOW YOU’LL GET THERE
1~3 years of experience in purchasing order management, logistics operation.
Experience with ERP order system. SAP is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Furniture and trading experiences is a plus
