Minimum qualifications:
1. 3+ years of experience in strategic investment/business development/project management
2. Experience in translating headquarter strategies into Asia Pacific implementation with cross industry integration
3. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently
Preferred qualifications:
1. Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, or oversea project experience.
2. Proven one domain expertise in following industries such as mobility/delivery/retail/e-commerce/automotive/energy
3. Experience in project leading, management, execution in multi-device and cloud service ecosystem
4. Excellence in business analysis, data-driven thinking, and presentation skills
5. Ability to operate individually with multiple cross-functional teams including product, system, service, and client facing team
6. Experience in working with legal counsel/financial advisor/risk management to lead due diligence process and interpret investment documents
7. Strong in venture/startup networking
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and analyze industry metrics, provide insights and recommendations, and communicate these through executive-level presentations and documentation
2. Identify and prioritize partner opportunities. Serve as the strategic partnership manager, helping to drive potential commercial value and deal flow from the partnership
3. Become an expert on strategy, business model, and structure while engaging potential partners. Create investment opportunities with potential partners, build consensus with executives internal and externally, and discuss complex and strategic partnerships with C-level internal and external stakeholders for KYMCO capital
4. Build and nurture excellent relationships, working both with partners and/or via partner's network to address a larger ecosystem to drive value from the relationships
5. Create, lead, discuss, and implement effective, and often complex, due diligence process and investment and commercial agreements
