PI(Region E) Job Description As a Manager for RegE team, you will be responsible for providing leadership for your section. Drive or support improvements in RegE Yield by set-up and maintenance of bevel/backside related process flow of new technology nodes. Working with TD/CPIE and all related Dept/DRAM network to develop and establish new RegE process BKM, not limited to defining, developing and establishing process capabilities, strategy and roadmap, ensuring effective and efficient risk management strategy, developing new capabilities and new materials ahead of needs through continuous improvement projects; reducing cost through continuous cost reduction effort. Responsibilities and Tasks 1. Engage and/or lead cross-area engineering teams to solve process integration issues. In bevel and back side. 2. Own and ensure that the in-line RegE spec limits are set at optimum and reviewed as needed. 3. Partner with TD, CPIE, all related Dept, DRAM network, IE, PEE and production to better forecast and balance yield, output and process issues. Education Required, Bachelor’s Degree above. Experience Required, above 5-year experience of PI or PEE. proven experience as a team leader for 3-5 years are preferred. Qualifications 1. Proven ability to be flexible with job responsibilities and take the initiative to assume added responsibilities. 2. Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. 3. Successfully demonstrated teamwork skills with a strong focus on developing good team dynamics. 4. Demonstrated skill at effectively prioritizing multiple and complex tasks. 5. Good knowledge of DRAM Process Flow and Process transfer. 6. Ability to compare process flows, recipe contents and differentiation. 7. Excellent data extraction, analysis and reporting skills. 8. Proven ability in problem solving, address the true root cause to make sound decisions independently.
