Reporting to the CEO, you will work with all relevant stakeholders in ensuring they are informed, engaged and have appropriate expectations. Responsibilities of the role include all aspects of project management, particularly stakeholder communication, scope control and on-time delivery.
It is a technical role, not a BDM.
Role responsibilities and main duties include:
1. Use your strong verbal /written and presentation skills to communicate with our customers and engage with users from around the world on regular basis. This includes collaboration with Business & IT stakeholders with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
2. Understand priorities, achieve milestones on time and proactively assess issues, providing leadership to determine appropriate plans and then executing and following up on these.
3. Demonstrate problem solving skills; examine issues and effectively determine appropriate means of addressing them.
4. As your experience/knowledge with Magento continue to grow, you will become progressively more and more involved in analyzing project proposals to determine time frame and appropriate process for accomplishing projects. This includes identifying and scheduling project deliverables (i.e. workflows/functionalities), milestones, required tasks and sources, while collaborating with our technical teams.
5. Implement and ensure adherence to standard methodologies, processes and tools, develop and maintain project documentation, work plans and project deliverables. Guide and train others in the use of the methodology and tools as applicable.
