The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with channel partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be the main contact window to engage with importers, distributors, resellers, wholesalers, cafes, roasteries, and other potential partners to generate business initiatives and revenue.
Responsibilities:
• Identify relevant organizations strategically positioned to accelerate avercasso's growth into the specialty coffee community.
• Identify potential channel partners across various clusters, segmented by industry, geography, and specific areas of expertise.
• Close business agreements while balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential.
• Track, report, and optimize the performance of business developments, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with different teams to build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential business partners, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages of the business cycle.
