※ Responsible Business : Ready-to-Drink (RTD)立頓即飲品 https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100064815513638 【Background & Purpose of the Job】 The position provides Business Management and Channel Development for Ready-to-Drink business, delivering category growth opportunities based on analytics and insights The role interfaces with the Bottlers & Customers across several disciplines, providing strategic, consultative category advisor guidance on Ready-to-Drink categories. We expect candidate to derive growth strategies from data, while leveraging effective communication and influence & negotiation to deliver measurable results with the customer 【Who You Are & What You'll Do】 1. Lead Associate in drafting Ambient RTD trade marketing plan & execute category planning through developing quarterly and monthly plans for Lipton RTD ambient business with closely work with bottler sales team • Innovation launches • Assortment • Shelf-layout • Activation & promotional strategy and efficiency review • System P&L and price positions 2. Act as business owner to align, negotiate and execute agreed Taiwan annual operating plan business plan for ambient / chilled / away from home channel with appointed partner within the strategic framework while managing advertising and marketing plan spending 3. Work with team and bottler on monthly review rolling forecast against plan/budget spending / next 3-month promotion adjustment to ensure achieving designed sales / share target 4. Manage new product introduction for listing in national and lead in incubation and implementation of customer or channel exclusive items either importation or by local production 5. Use and leverage account specific category and shopper insights for joint business planning with important customer 6. Support Hong Kong Exclusive Brother Agreements negotiation and roll out in 2025 7. Can flex style in communication to different culture / target audiences and strong influencing & data analytical skills
