Target
- Implementation of the goals within the responsible sales area.
- Participation in the further development of the sales area to ensure future growth in the responsible sales area.
Responsibility
Achievement of sales and margin targets.
Duties
General:
- Daily check of incoming orders, sales and contribution margins.
- Participation in sales and budget planning (customers, region, product groups).
- Inclusion of product marketing and FAEs in the acquisition to ensure sales success.
- Follow-up of orders, offers and samples.
- Obtaining delivery schedules.
- Implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Creation of reviews.
- Preparation of reports.
- Processing Price Blocks.
- Representatively follow-up tracking of new contracts.
- In consultation with the account manager: requesting and tracking samples; maintaining the relevant customer master data; recording and maintaining projects in the Rutronik database; dealing with issues relating to customer credit limits (definition, procedure in the event of exceeding them, etc.).
- Representatively acceptance of the complaint.
- If required: Processing of early warnings and initiation of measures; preparation of article lists for logistics systems.
- If required: Assistance with delivery tracking.
Customer:
- Expansion and maintenance of customer relations through telephone and personal customer service.
- Exploiting customer potential across the entire Rutronik product range (White Fields).
- Preparation and review of offers.
- Checking the contribution margin before quotation and upon receipt of quotation.
- Processing of annual price inquiries.
- Guarantee of smooth processing of all orders and quotations, including competent product advice:
• Commercial information regarding prices and availability;
• Support with product advice;
• Forward order changes, problem notifications, and other service tasks to the appropriate departments.
- Ensuring the internal and external flow of information as well as the telephone presence for customers to carry out sales tasks.
- Classification of contracts.

Qualifications
- University degree in a related discipline, or can demonstrate a comparable career background.
- You are commercially oriented and you are interested in electronic components.
- Ideally, you have gathered sales experience previously with a component distributor.
- A good team player and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
