We are looking for a candidate to join UAG APAC sales team in Taiwan. The candidate will help us to coordinate and generate sales report and analysis, manage customer request and deliver results on time, and he/she has the capability to provide the team insightful information to help the team with order generation and sales growth.
Our customer landscape covers the entire Asia Pacific Market. You will experience international branding, marketing, sales and operation management through the company. The candidate also needs to have good ability to understand business English. This position is a key role to assist the fundamental sales organization.so our team and customers can be helped from his/her assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customer PO and inventory analysis
- Generate internal daily and weekly standard sales reports
- Manage customer's sales reports and generate Insightful information to the team
- Lead sample arrangements and coordinate with internal and external parties
- Generate and record customer credit memo reports in standard process
- Actively report the team knowledgeable findings through his/her daily work
- Other assigned related projects
Qualifications/Skills:
- Degree in business management or analysis is a plus
- 1 to 2 year work experience in sales administration, communication or business analysis
- Excellent understanding in Excel and strong analytical skills
- A team player and able to work with others in an effective and appropriate manner
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines.
