[Job Summary]
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Specialist (Junior) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will provide essential support to our HR department in various areas including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.
[Responsibilities]
1.Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
2.Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and orientation materials.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Assist with offboarding activities including conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
3.HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Generate reports and analyze HR data as needed.
- Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related administrative tasks.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
4. Employee Relations:
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations and providing support to employees and managers.
- Help foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
[Minimum Qualifications]
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
