Reporting to the Office Manager, this position will cover both accounting and business support tasks. The successful candidate will deliver revenue assurance by driving improvements in process and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the end-to-end accounts receivable function of the Taiwan business
負責台灣所有的應收賬款業務。
• Attend and manage customers’ queries and ensure prompt investigation to any discrepancies
協助與管理客戶的疑問,並確保及時調查任何差異。
• Scan vendor invoices received and ensure and track purchase orders to the correct invoices
掃描供應商發票,並確保追蹤採購訂單符合開立的發票。
• Collect and review expense claims and prepare journals
收集和審核報銷,並準備流水帳。
• Daily correspondences with internal and external stakeholders or inter-companies on collection, payment and billing matters
每日聯絡內部和外部的所需聯絡 及溝通事宜,或收集內部的付款和結算事宜。
• Update clients/candidates’ details in Zenith
更新客戶/求職者資料在公司系統中。
• Format candidates’ CVs in standard format according to corporate guidelines
根據企業的標準格式來編排求職者的履歷。
• Create jobs and format JDs.
建立新工作機會和格式化職務說明。
• Scan and upload interviewed candidates’ Candidate Registration Forms in Zenith.
掃描並上傳求職者面試時所填的 “求職者基本資料表” 到公司系統中。

Personal Attributes:
• 2 years experience in an accounting and admin function or equivalent
