Key responsibilities
• Recruitment
– Provide advice and assistance on staff recruitment.
– Participate in applicant interviews.
– Offer proposal for new hires.
– Preparation of offer and documents.
– Hiring process in Workday system.
• Compensation and benefits
– Insure employees understand the benefit programs, commission scheme and payroll, and provide advice and assistance directly.
– Employee absence management.
– Retail commission calculation.
– Audit monthly payroll and personnel cost.
– Personnel cost estimation and control.
– Manage employee’s benefits including pension, group insurance, health check, employee purchase, outing, annual leave, clothing allowance, EAP and EWC, etc.
– Salary survey execution and analysis.
– Manage and maintain employee records in Workday system and file, including hire, termination, promotion, and transfer data.
• Learning and development
– Workday system training and new comer orientation.
– Assist manager in training, including outing and team building, etc.
– Training record upload annually.
– Assist manager in performance management.
• Employee relations
– Support to handle and provide advice for employee relations and related issues.
– Environment, Health and Safety.
– Handling of labor cases.
• HR administration
– Monthly and yearly reporting.
– Revision of employee handbook and company policies.
– Acting as a Business Partner contact window of Kering Group.
– Assist manager to execute activities and projects.
