【What you will do】
1. 開發新客戶: 透過陌生開發, 幫助公司拓展市場
2. 完整介紹公司服務及數位工具, 協助餐飲伙伴提升數位轉型, 創造營收
3. 依據集團/個別客戶準備提案簡報, 透過精準分析增加客戶合作意願
4.主導跨部門溝通, 安排教育訓練, 行銷協助, 確保合作商家上線狀況順利
5.協助市場情況收集及競對資訊分析, 幫助團隊做策略性討論
【We are looking for】
1.需有两年業務背景
2.有百貨業, 零售業, SaaS 業務經驗者優先
3.具有陌生開發經驗為佳
4.務必有製作簡報技巧(過往工作經驗必須要有簡報技能,Google 線上資料編輯為佳)
5.具備英文溝通能力尤佳
6. 喜歡溝通且希望透過溝通學習不同面向的經驗
7. 具業務相關經驗及優秀的說服與談判技巧
8. 抗壓性佳、主動積極,對業務工作有高度熱誠
9.具有團隊合作精神,願意與團隊成員分享知識和經驗
【About the role】
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Taiwan team as we're bringing Oddle's position in Taiwan to the next level. Join us in this high-growth journey and make a meaningful impact in the F&B scene.
You will bring potential F&B merchants onboard as Oddle's partners with our online & dine-in products. You will adopt the local sales strategies and manage the sales cycle from pitching to closing the deals, to grow and expand our restaurant's clientele in Taiwan.

【What you will do】
1.Generating new business opportunities to fuel your pipeline via various channels, be it cold-calling, email or visiting targeted restaurants
2. Discover F&B merchants' potential, identify their challenges and consult them on how Oddle can add value to their business with our range of online & dine-in products
3. Work closely with the Onboarding team in coordinating with merchants to get the merchants to go live within the expected timeline
4. Meet and exceed given weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clientele in the F&B industry
6. Develop in-depth knowledge and gain updates of key trends of the local F&B e-commerce industry
7. Gather merchant feedback, monitor competitor activities and provide recommendations for improvements to product development team
【We are looking for】
1. At least 2 years of sales experience in F&B / F&B eCommerce industry
2. Prior experience in Department Store, Retail and SaaS industries would be a plus
3. Outbound sales experience with a proven track record of consistent target achievement
4. Ability to visualize data and/or findings in presentation decks (Google Workspace) is a must
5. Ability to communicate in English will be advantageous
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to negotiate and convince.
7. Solid persuasion and negotiation skill, with a sound business acumen
8. A self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and highly agile environment
9. Good team player and willingness to share knowledge and experiences with team members
