你的職責:
- 根據公司年度目標制定台灣業務策略及行銷計劃
- 設計並執行所有行銷活動以實現預算銷售
- 管理損益,包括行銷費用和差旅費用
- 為經銷商設定目的和目標,並定期進行渠道審核,以確保渠道績效
- 監控產品註冊流程,發布新產品,並為關鍵客戶提供跟台服務
- 管理 KOL 並開發新的重要客戶以增加 Stryker 客戶群
- 定期提供銷售、產品、顧客、銷售狀況的分析和報告,並定期提供市場趨勢、消費者習慣、競爭對手資訊的報告
- 提供產品回饋並與跨職能部門合作以支持產品開發
- 隨時了解臨床、技術和監管市場發展,以確定產品的威脅和機會
我們要找的人是:
- 擁有醫學、醫療、MBA 或銷售和行銷相關領域的學位
- 至少8年銷售和行銷經驗,最好是在高值醫療耗材行業
- 在銷售管理、渠道管理和大客戶管理方面擁有良好的記錄
- 以結果為導向,具有良好的談判和溝通技巧
- 優秀的問題解決能力與人際溝通能力
- 敏銳的商業頭腦
- 擅長經銷商及區域管理
- 具備建立和維護內部和外部關鍵業務關係的能力
- 具有在跨職能和團隊導向的環境中協作和獨立工作的能力
About the job:
This position works in partnership with the BU Director to develop the Neurovascular business strategy to achieve yearly quotas & increase market share and conduct overall marketing activities to develop business.
What you will be doing:
- Set up Taiwan business strategy and marketing plan according to yearly company‘s objectives
- Design and conduct all marketing activities to achieve budgeted sales
- Manage P&L, including marketing expense and T&E expenses
- Set goals and objectives for dealers and perform regular channel review to ensure channel performance
- Monitor product registration process and launch new product and provide in-lab service in key accounts
- Manage KOLs and develop new key accounts to increase Stryker customers base
- Deliver regular analyses and reports in sales, products, customers, sales status and provide regular reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information
- Provide product feedback and work with cross function to support product development
- Keep abreast of clinical, technical, and regulatory market developments to identify threats and opportunities for the product
Who are we looking for:
- Degree holder in medicine, medical, MBA or sales and marketing related area
- At least 8 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in high value medical consumable industry
- Proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management
- Results-oriented with good negotiation &communications skill
- Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen
- Good at distributor and region management
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment
