資深訓練發展夥伴 (訓練與發展經理)負責規劃、執行和評估公司的學習與發展計劃,以提高員工的專業知識和技能水平,從而促進組織的成長和發展。此職位將與各部門合作,確保培訓計劃符合公司的戰略目標和業務需求。 【What you will be doing】 1. 診斷並制定支持業務增長的學習與發展策略。 2. 與各部門合作,提供建議和培訓,以提升員工的專業技能和領導能力。 3. 與HRBP合作,確定人才發展需求並制定解決方案,從診斷、執行到評估成效。 4. 確保培訓計劃的執行和交付,並根據評估結果調整和改進計劃。 5. 管理培訓預算和資源,以確保計劃的有效執行。 6. 監督和評估培訓計劃的成效,並根據需要進行改進。 7. 與外部培訓供應商合作,開發和執行專門培訓計劃。 8. 透過適當的流程規劃、發展和留住關鍵人才,以加強人才儲備。 9. 參與組織發展策略的制定和實施,包括但不限於組織設計、組織變革推動、團隊架構建立、溝通計劃和執行計劃。 【Who we are looking for】 1. 學士學位。 2. 5年以上相關訓練與發展領域的工作經驗。 3. 出色的溝通和人際關係能力,能夠與各層級的員工合作。 4. 良好的計劃和組織能力,能夠同時處理多個工作項目。 5. 具備良好的專案規劃、執行及簡報技巧。 The Senior Learning and Development Partner (up to Learning and Development Manager) is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating the company's learning and development programs to enhance employees' professional knowledge and skill levels, thereby promoting the organization's growth and development. This position will collaborate with various departments to ensure that training programs align with the company's strategic objectives and business needs. 【What you will be doing】 1. Diagnose and define learning and development strategies that support business growth. 2. Collaborate with business leadership and managers to provide advice and training to enhance employees' professional skills and leadership capabilities. 3. Work with the HRBP to identify talent development needs and develop solutions, from diagnosis to execution to evaluation. 4. Ensure the execution and delivery of training programs and adjust and improve plans based on evaluation results. 5. Manage training budgets and resources to ensure effective implementation of plans. 6. Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. 7. Collaborate with external training vendors to develop and implement specialized training programs. 8. Facilitate the identification, development, and retention of key talents through appropriate actions and processes to strengthen the talent pipeline. 9. Contribute to the development and implementation of Organizational Development strategy, including but not limited to organizational design, organization change promotion, team structure setting up, communication plan, and implementation plans. 【Who we are looking for】 1. Bachelor's degree. 2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience with the learning and development field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with employees at all levels. 4. Strong planning and organizational skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Proficient in project planning, execution, and presentation skills.
