We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Rentokil Initial Taiwan’s exciting growth phase. The HR Specialist is a role in the successful delivery of talent acquisition and retention but is not limited to the single HR function.
In the beginning, the major target is to fulfill the vacancies. Welcome the talent who has solid HR KSAs and is open to being a cross-function HR in the future!
1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy; collaborating with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identifying future hiring needs.
2. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using various channels, databases, social media etc
3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
4. Paying attention to recruitment matters in regards to market C & B trends and information from competitors
5. Assist to maintain updated employee records related to the full life cycle of HR services on recruitment
6. Assist in reviewing and developing HR policies, such as Attendance Policy, Hiring and Resignation Policy
7. Participates as a team member in strategic projects and initiatives
