Job Scope:
Direct customers management
-Incubate and maintain the relationship with key account/KOLs.
-Create new sales opportunities
-Deal/communicate complaint and trouble with the customers
-Contract status monitoring and tender execution
-Monthly check end user inventory level
-Customer credit investment, credit term application and payment management
-Arrange the sales promotion activities
Distributor management
-Cooperate with the distributor for promoting products
-Support the distributor to dig out new business opportunities and follow up
Sales number and opportunities report
-Monthly update the sales pipeline and report
-Achieve sales target of responsible territory
Support the other department to maintain the function well
-Cooperate with marketing and support team for holding up local events, seminars, workshop and conferences
-Follow the legal, finance and supply chain policy to execute related supports
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree or above in Laboratory Medicine (preferred), Life science, medical science and related major
•Min 2 years professional sales experience with good teamwork attitude in IVD and life science company
•Familiar with lab experiment skill and automation operation experience
•Understand CAP and ISO regulation related with medical lab
•Customer oriented, good analyzing ability and troubleshooting experience and independent
•Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external parties
•Bilingual in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
•Task oriented
