Job Description
1. Shipping and delivery arrangement, customs clearance document preparation and all the administrative works.
2. Outbound order shipment process: work closely with Order/Inventory management team located in our headquarter -USA, UK, Bulgaria, Latina America, Australia, Canada and Japan following outbound order on time as well as work with local carrier delivery status tracking to monitor on time delivery.
3. Logistics tracking and payment processing
4. Freight coordinator: including truckload carriers, LTL carriers, and freight forwarder.
5. Proactivity attitude in daily task: work proactively in resolving daily task and helping management to identify and execute performance improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing the daily tasks as handling of Inbound & Outbound Shipments, Reporting, etc.
6. General administration duties. Any other tasks required by the team.
