Key Responsibilities:
1.Project Initiation Management: Support Project team on project setup,
updating and customizing of systems, tools and project plans.
2.Project Execution and Control Management: Work with team on project
compliance management through study reporting and analysis and regular
system and tools update according to project requirement and applicable
SOPs.
3.Project Integration Management: Responsible for drafting project
management plan, including coordinated planning of the different project
activities and input from the different functions. The plan covers all parts of
the project to be integrated together (scope, CIS, risk plan, quality plan,
communication plan, schedule, procurement plan, and resource plan).
Responsible for updating the project plan as needed and collaborating with
the PM to execute the plan and close the project.
4.Project Meeting Management: Project meetings preparation and attendance;
support preparation of required information for project review meeting;
reporting of owned responsibilities during meeting attendance; support
tracking and follow-up of action items.
