The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and implementing online & offline marketing activities for branding, delivering modern multi-channel communication ideas and plans, conducting marketing campaigns and producing remarkable business results in current and potential markets. This will be achieved through a combination of corporate communications, media exposure, social media marketing, digital marketing development and other communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Planning: Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the brand. -Integrate product, marketing, in-store design, CRM, and trade messages, facilitating cross-department communication.
2. Event Planning and Execution: Organize offline events, such as product launch , pop-up stores, and experiential marketing activities, to engage consumers directly. Ensure event planning aligns with brand strategy, incorporating creative concepts and operational excellence to deliver memorable experiences. Partner with external vendors and internal teams for seamless execution and on-site management.
3. Influencer Marketing : Develop and foster relationships with influencers and communities in accordance with regional directions for brand preference and/ or sales revenue purposes. Collaborate with influencers to promote the brand and its products through digital channels, ensuring key brand and product messages are accurately communicated. Maintain existing influencer/KOC and agency relationships and build influencer/KOC data.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Co-work with cross-functional teams and agencies for new launches, brand events, trade shows, and promotions to ensure project success.
5. Digital Marketing : Create and execute strategies for various digital channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC advertising. Monitor ad spend, optimize campaigns, and provide regular reports on ROI. Use analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
6. Public Relations (PR): -Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key opinion leaders to enhance brand visibility. Develop press releases, media kits, and public statements aligned with the company's voice and strategy. Monitor media coverage and manage crisis communications to safeguard the brand's reputation.
Qualifications:
◆ Over 4 years of working experience in marketing and PR related field
◆ Bilingual Copywriter and excellent in both English and Mandarin
◆ Strong adaptability in a dynamic environment.
