Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience as a project or program manager.
Preferred qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in people management.
• Experience with full product life-cycle software testing Program Management in consumer hardware, mobile devices or other smart devices, embedded or Android system software.
• Experience driving cross-Product Areas/sites/teams programs without direct authority, including in the presence of high-degree of ambiguity.
• Ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions through leadership, communication, data-driven, and drive an initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to Influence, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver data-driven insights from quality perspectives.

This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.
Responsibilities
• Manage full product life-cycle testing for Pixel phone software.
• Collaborate across various disciplines (e.g., Engineer, Carrier Technical Account Manager, Quality Assurance, fellow technical program managers etc.) to drive testing programs. Provide test strategy, plan, signal, summary, and control of test activities, including automation and manual testing.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and leadership through exemplary communication skills in a timely manner.
• Work with Pixel Test Engineering and other Pixel teams to oversee testing of new features on overall Pixel Software.
• Define and drive test case enhancement and streamline the process to scale the test, standardization, quality and its effectiveness.
