Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitors, product positioning, and key influencers. Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
2. Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms. This includes managing social media, organizing large-scale events, driving content and word-of-mouth marketing initiatives, and optimizing our website to enhance business growth.
3. Content Leadership: Lead the planning and production of marketing and promotional content. Coordinate with creative teams to ensure all materials align with brand identity and campaign goals.
4. Consumer Engagement: Optimize all customer touchpoints, from initial engagement through CRM services, to ensure a superior customer experience that corresponds with the product's value. Implement effective communication strategies across the customer journey to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with company-wide objectives. Provide insights and feedback from market analysis to support product innovation.
