1.制定和執行品牌戰略,包含品牌定位,目標市場,競爭分析以確保品牌的一致性,達成業績目標.
2.負責制定品牌推廣計畫, 組織各項品牌的廣告和宣傳活動來提高品牌知名度以及顧客的忠誠度.
3.統籌規劃品牌形象定位, 確保品牌視覺風格與定位一致, 並監督品牌形象在不同管道的呈現.
4.負責制定品牌部門預算編列, 監督預算的執行, 確保資源被合理有效的分配
5.負責品牌部門的人員管理, 培訓團隊成員並執行跨部門的合作.
The Brand Manager will have a strong taste level. This individual will have a demonstrated track record for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to achieve brand business objectives in the short and long term.
1. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key brands and department stores.
2. Have a high level of accountability in driving business results and achieving financial plans.
3. Define and manage the brand communication strategy, owning the development and messaging of the brand narrative.
4. Identify insights and opportunities through research and data. Be the expert on the customer, the market, and the competition for activewear market.
5. Establish and maintain brand budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
6. Manage and develop a team ensuring processes are in place for training and development, succession planning and communication
Qualifications:
-Experience in managing a brand, preferably in designers or activewears
-Creative thinker and problem solver
-Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
-Self-starter who likes to work hard, can prioritize, multi-task and focus under pressure
-Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
-Success in building cross-group, cross-functional relationships
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree, Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; or equivalent education
• 6+ years of buying, merchandising, brand management, or comparable experience in a multi-brand environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Strong product knowledge in activewear
• Strong negotiator
• Ability to motive others.
