The individual in this position will be responsible of supporting key account management, major tasks as following:
1. Sales Coordination: Close interaction with the sales & FAE team, driving backlog management activity to achieve cooperate target; generating quality reports to Sales team.
2. Order Processing: Order entries and workflow processing in SAP timely and correctly. Order response & reschedule to customer by email or customer website.
3. Backlog Management: Assure shipments at right time/ place and correct price. Continuous effort to improve on-time delivery cross departments.
4. Price Management: Communicate with Sales & Marketing for pricing and update backlog/price lists in case of changes.
5. Hub Management: VMI HUB arrangement, transfer customer forecast to Skyworks SAP & ensure the correct amount of product is available for the customer while minimizing stock-outs and aged inventory.
6. Forecast Tracking: Weekly forecast report tracking , run reports to Sales team & maintain forecast data by the instruction of Sales.
7. Sample Management: Sample order entries, expedite the shipment & arrange samples to customer.
8. RMA Management: Follow up RMA with QA & feedback the FA /solution to customers.
9. Complaint Handling Coordination: Provides, if needed, immediate action on all customer complaints received and assigns owner for the complaint resolution.
10. Customer Website Maintenance: Feedback all requested information to customer in time, some customers may request feedback thru own website, make sure price, delivery etc. important information to customer timely & accurately.
Skills:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook etc. office software
Fluent in both oral and written English
Good communication skill
Master ERP/SAP
Have strong, mature teamwork skills and a desire to work within a team environment
Be positive, time-sensitive, ability of working under pressure
