Overview:
You will take a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand, managing campus and social media initiatives, and driving internal culture-related activities. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement through creative project development, training programs, and branding strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative strategies for building and promoting Trend Micro’s employer brand across diverse platforms, including social media.
Partner with universities for campus recruitment efforts, build lasting relationships, and promote Trend Micro as an employer of choice among young talent.
Manage social media content to ensure alignment with company branding and engagement strategies. Create compelling posts, designs, and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Support the design and implementation of employee development and training programs, promoting continuous learning and growth across the company.
Drive and execute programs and initiatives that foster Trend Micro’s values, ensuring the alignment of organizational culture with business goals.
Lead and contribute to various HR initiatives, events, and cultural activities that enhance collaboration, innovation, and employee satisfaction.
