Commercial Follow Up
• To achieve sales objectives set by Merchandising Manager
• To act as the bridge of country / store with Headquarter/Zone
• Monitor stock level especially for new launches and actively work with Supply Chain Department and Central/Zone to maximize launch impact
• To support countries to achieve yearly budget
• To develop knowledge of the markets
• To arrange of NP stock for new store opening / renovation / CRM events
• To propose and manage reliable and adequate Weekly/ Monthly Report, and relevant analysis
• Meet objectives as defined by management
• Ensure staff meets guidelines for client book usage
• Demonstrate sales’ leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor/training/appointments
• Develop events/incentives that will continue to grow customer base, with particular emphasis placed on building local market
Customer Service:
Assist sales associates with various customer service issues (e.g. dissatisfied customers, returns, defective merchandise, repairs, etc...)
Operations:
• Provide weekly / monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports
• Administer follow-up and paperwork in an accurate and timely fashion
• The Merchandiser Coordinator should be proficient in the general software that is used by the company (Word, Excel, etc.), and request necessary training for self and select staff members
PR / CRM
• To support with relevant commercial information that enhance sales
• To coordinate and follow up on CRM events confirmed with countries, attend high Watches & Jewelry and have close relationship with VIPs and high-spending clients
Visual Merchandising
• Work closely with VM team to enhance VM plan in line with launching plan and sales objectives / guidelines / store opening / CRM
Training
To prepare training tools provided by central /zone team and organize zone training based on needs
KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
• 5 years of relevant retail Watches & Jewelry experience
• Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative, good PC literacy,
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Pleasant, self-initiative, articulate, work as a team, willing to learn, organize
• Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for Louis Vuitton products and services and fashion
• Adaptable and a fast learner with client centrist mentality
• Possess a professional attitude with a mindset of curiosity , empathy positively challenge our-self and our teams to deliver excellence
