工作內容:
1. 營運管理相關專案執行，包括排班預估、績效評估、優化路線規劃及工作流程。
2. 達成營運數據指標，協助制訂外送夥伴配置分析方法，以提高營運效率。
3. 營運數據分析與成果匯報，優化需求與供應預測模型。
4. 外送夥伴之裝備採購管理、庫存管理與發放。
5. 合作運能廠商帳務核銷、外送車隊日常維護。
6. 協助其他主管交辦營運相關事項。
具備條件:
1. 大專及以上學歷，物流管理、工商管理或相關專業優先考慮。
2. 至少 1 年以上物流營運經驗，具外送平台、快商務工作經驗者尤佳。
3. 具有良好的溝通協調能力，保持解決問題的好奇心。
4. 擁有優秀的數據分析能力，能利用系統操作和數據優化營運流程。

"As a Logistics Specialist,
You Will Do:
1. Execute operational projects, including rider scheduling, performance evaluation, route optimization, and workflow improvement.
2. Achieve operational data targets and assist in developing rider analysis methods to improve operational efficiency.
3. Analyze and report findings, optimizing demand and supply forecasting models.
4. Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of delivery equipment.
5. Handle financial settlements with vendors and daily maintenance of the delivery fleet.
6. Assist with other operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.
What You Will Need:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in logistics management, business administration, or a related field.
2. At least one year of experience in logistics operations, with a preference with experience in delivery platforms or quick commerce.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a keen interest in problem-solving.
4. Excellent data analysis skills, capable of using data to optimize operational processes.
